Information for the delivery
The delivery of the order placed by a customer is delivered in the following time frames:
The goods will be appropriately packed for transportation and delivery. Upon delivery, the customer or an authorized third person signs all accompanying documents with the goods. Anyone who is not the customer but who can accept the delivery at the delivery addressed given by the customer will be considered a third person.
Should acceptance of delivery be refused, except in the below described instances, such refusal shall be considered unjustified and the customer will be liable for all costs for delivery and return delivery of his/her order. Int his case, the customer will also be liable to reimburse “Solingen – Tzvetko Georgiev I sin EOOD” for all damages and missed opportunities and all other expenses besides the cost for delivery and return which have arisen out of the refusal.
In case the customer cannot be found in the delivery period on the given address or access to the address is not provided during the delivery period, “Solingen – Tzvetko Georgiev I sin EOOD” will be released of its obligation to deliver the goods. The customer may still reconfirm acceptance for a second delivery, with all costs for the second attempt of delivery to be for the customer’s account. In this case, the new delivery period will commence from the day of the customer’s confirmation (such day to count as day ‘zero’).
The customer can refuse the delivery of the order placed by him/her which has been delivered in one of the following circumstances:
a) The delivered goods is obviously dissimilar to the goods ordered by the client and such dissimilarity can be established without any professional checks
b) The price that the client has been asked to pay does not match the total sum due for the order
c) In case of a difference between the ordered and delivered goods, which could not be established at the moment of delivery
The client can ask for a change in the size or of an article which was part of his/her initial order. In this case, the customer needs to communicate his wish either in writing (email acceptable) or over the phone. Such replacements can only be made within a maximum of 14 working days, using the contact forms provided on the website.
In case of orders above BGN 139.99, the delivery of same will be free of charge (applicable to addresses in the territory of R Bulgaria).
The client has the right, without any surcharges or any specific reason, to return the items he/she ordered to the following address: 155 Knjas Boris I street, Sofia, 1202, Bulgaria
