How to order online

1. After you choose an article, click ‘add to cart’ under the price and the chosen product and its price will be added to your basket, which will open in a new window.

2. You will also see the so-far chosen products. If you wish to continue shopping, click on the same option. Otherwise, to finalize your order, click on payment.

3. If you wish to remove a product from your basket, click on remove article next to the product.

4. Once you have chosen all articles you wish to purchase, click on payment information.

5. Enter the delivery details and click ‘continue’

6. Choose a method for payment (bank transfer or PayPal). Select ‘return’ if you wish to amend any delivery details; otherwise, click ‘continue’

7. You will see the final sum for your order should you choose to place it. At this stage you can also request an Invoice to be issued to you and provide the details for it. Delivery in Bulgaria is free of charge on any orders above BGN 139.99. Once you verify all details, click on ‘order’

8. A courier will deliver your order in the following time frame:

• Deliveries in Bulgaria: 3-5 business days
• Deliveries to the EU:
Express delivery–within 2-4 business days
Standard delivery–within 5-7 business days
• Deliveries to the rest of the word: according to courier estimates
